Shandong Huaheng Transformer Factory is located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province—a renowned historical and cultural city in China. The company occupies a site of 48,600 square meters with a building area of 23,800 square meters (a larger new factory is currently under construction). With total assets of 78.67 million yuan and owner’s equity of 62.82 million yuan, the company employs 268 staff members, including: 9 senior technical personnel; and 34 intermediate technical personnel. Upon completion of the new facility, the company’s hardware and software capabilities will be significantly enhanced. Situated 90 kilometers from the provincial capital Jinan, the factory enjoys convenient transportation links via expressways and railways, with the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Jinan-Handan Railway intersecting at this location.

The company’s S9, S11, S11-MR, S13-M.RL, SCB10/SGB10, and SH15/SCBH15 series transformers have passed type tests, special tests, and dual-department certification by the National Transformer Quality Inspection and Testing Center. It is a major equipment manufacturer recommended by the State Economic and Trade Commission for national urban and rural power grid construction and renovation. In July 1998, the company obtained ISO 9001:1994 quality management system certification, upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in 2001. The S11-M.R series non-graded (circular core cross-section) laminated core transformers were recognized as “National Key New Products” by five ministries including the State Science and Technology Commission in December 2001. The company is listed as one of the first batch of laminated core transformer manufacturers announced by the State Economic and Trade Commission in Document No. 21 (2002). It holds the titles of “Contract-Honoring and Creditworthy Enterprise” in Liaocheng City and “AAA Credit Rating” from banks. It has been honored as a provincial-level “Garden-Style Unit” and a “Top Ten Star Enterprise” in Liaocheng City. The company is currently preparing for ISO 9001:2008 certification.
